About you
With a natural drive to take ownership of your matters and at least 7-8 years' post admission experience in a well-regarded corporate practice, you will have been involved in a range of public M&A and/or capital markets transactions.
You will be self-motivated but work well in a team, have a strong ability to build and maintain effective client relationships, able to handle a varied workload, have strong time management skills and possess strong technical and drafting skills.
Your role
Our corporate team is growing, and we are looking for a corporate lawyer with strong experience in public M&A and/or capital markets, interested in working closely with a team of prominent corporate partners, working on a broad range of matters encompassing:
public M&A (takeovers and schemes of arrangement)equity capital markets (IPOs and other capital raisings)private M&Acompliance with the ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Actcorporate governanceYou will interact with clients directly and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial contracts with access to partners in an open and collaborative working environment.
