Working closely with Paulina Moncrieff, you will be acting in the defence of large, complex health claims across a range of medical specialties and jurisdictions including the Supreme Court, District Court and Coroners Court of both New South Wales and Queensland.RequirementsA desire to work on large, complex health claims4+ years PQE, with experience gained in health liability litigationExcellent written, drafting and verbal communication skillsExperience in managing a busy practiceAt Norton Rose Fulbright, you will be rewarded with genuine career prospects and an excellent team environment renowned for its collaborative culture, passion for client service and professional development opportunities.
