Role Overview: As a Senior Associate specialising in Family Law, your responsibilities will include: Family Law: Providing expert legal advice on family law matters, including divorce, separation, property settlements, and parenting arrangements.
Drafting and negotiating agreements related to family law disputes.
Representing clients in family law proceedings and mediations.
Handling complex family law cases, including those involving high net-worth individuals and intricate financial matters.
Advising clients on domestic violence issues and obtaining protection orders.
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and providing high-quality legal advice.
Identifying client needs and developing tailored legal solutions to meet their objectives.
Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of services and client satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Mentoring: Leading and mentoring junior lawyers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Assisting in the development and implementation of team strategies and goals.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of team processes and service delivery standards.
