The Role You will be responsible for handling the care and conduct of Family Law client matters with experience with the following:Financial Agreements Property Settlements Divorce Surrogacy IVOs Spousal Maintenance Same Sex Relationships Defacto Relationships Surrogacy Child Support Court appearances About You You will be someone who is looking to break the mould and do things your own way- you will have; Impeccable attention to detail and highly organizedAbility to manage competing deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills An ability to work autonomously at an efficient pace under pressure Excellent computer literacy A strong work ethic and self-motivated An ability to work independently or in a team Flexibility and adaptabilityA solution focused outlook with strong negotiation skills Resilience An optimistic, positive outlook&be proactive.
