Our team is expanding. We're looking for a Senior Associate to identify priority areas of risk and improvement through valuable financial and operational insights within our vast community of solvers. As an expert in auditing for private businesses, you'll solve problems like improving operational efficiency by developing trust-based relationships, providing tailored services and developing financial audit strategies/methodologies for our clients.
You will also be responsible for:
Working with our clients to ensure they comply with their reporting obligations through the timely delivery of high quality external audit services
Building an effective and collaborative team environment through coaching, training and developing your onshore and offshore colleagues
Developing your technical knowledge and interpersonal skills through formal and practical based learning
Identifying future opportunities for clients by developing collaborative relationships and anticipating their business needs
Developing financial audit strategies and methodologies for our clients in collaboration with other service lines such as tax, advisory, deals and wealth
Enabling our clients to mitigate financial risk by recognising potential problem areas
Fostering trusted client relationships and identifying new relationships to help them achieve their unique business aspirations
About You:
You have a background in external audit with at least 3 years of experience in working with a variety of clients retail, consumer, manufacturing and agriculture clients
You are working towards your CA or equivalent
You act with integrity and show care for your clients and the people you work with
