About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate employment lawyer with strong employment law skills, who has a keen interest to build an employment law practice! This role will give you the opportunity to work across a wide range of matters while being nurtured and mentored by an industry leading down to earth and supportive employment/commercial law Director!
About your team
BlueRock Law is a fast-growing law firm that is increasing in revenue year on year. We are part of a progressive advisory firm with substantial accounting, wealth management, finance, insurance, and digital teams that provide holistic advice to its SME client base.
What you'll be doing

Providing Expert Guidance: You will provide clear, practical, and strategic advice to clients on all aspects of workplace relations law matters.
Leading Legal Innovation: You'll conduct meticulous research and draft thorough legal documents that set industry standards.
Staying Proactive: By staying updated with the latest in employment law, you'll provide forward-thinking advice that keeps our clients ahead of the curve.
Collaborating Across Teams: You'll work closely with our other lawyers and advisors from other service lines to deliver seamless, integrated support for our clients.
Building Strong Relationships: Through clear, effective communication, you'll foster and maintain robust relationships with our clients, ensuring their ongoing trust and satisfaction.

Requirements
We want to hear from people who:

A minimum of 5 years PQE
Possess a comprehensive all-around skill set in employment law
Impeccable attention to detail
Have good client and practice management skills
Ability to manage several matters simultaneously
Are not afraid of a challenge
Value getting things done right
