Job Description You will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks with support and supervision, including but not limited to: Working on a diverse range of workplace relations matters, including employee entitlements, enterprise bargaining and enterprise agreement disputes, executive employment and corporate governance issues, award classifications and post-employment restraints, broad employment law matters. You will also advise on commercial contracts, commercial law matters, draft commercial agreements and commercial advice. Be a key contact with regular involvement with clients, which include employers and employees across various sectors; and Appear in various courts and tribunals, including the Fair Work Commission.
