Your impact Jacobs is looking for a Principal Electrical Engineer to join our Building Services team in Perth. In this senior role, you will provide consultancy and engineering services across various markets, including defence, healthcare and resources in ANZ. You will play a crucial role in securing new projects and expanding our capacity in the region.
Your responsibilities Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to key clients in both the public and private sectors. Deliver excellent electrical engineering designs and consultancy services. Manage projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. Provide design management functions and contribute to proposals by sharing market insights. Here's what you'll need We are seeking a registered engineer with experience in electrical building services and dry fire. Experience working on data centres and in defence in a consultancy environment is highly desirable. You should be willing to facilitate the technical development of team members to meet market demands.
Collaboration within multidisciplinary teams to achieve team and sector goals is essential. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, capable of determining and communicating resource requirements for individual projects or sections based on pipeline expectations to Team Leaders and Project Managers.
