You'll collaborate with esteemed partners and lawyers in a national team of over 98 members. Manage diverse commercial litigation matters, including financial services, property disputes, and insolvency. About You Ideal candidates will possess: - 5-8 years of post-admission experience in Australia. - Background in general commercial litigation/disputes, preferably from a large or medium-sized law firm or specialized litigation practice. - Experience in financial services and regulatory disputes preferred. - Excellent communication and drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail. - Ability to lead matters through dispute resolution processes confidently. - Willingness and experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members. - Capacity to manage a busy workload effectively with competing timelines.
