As a key player in the senior management team, you'll oversee operations, manage a talented team, and spearhead the growth of the office and client base.
Your Key Responsibilities:Lead the office, managing urban development projects and overseeing design, project management, and civil works specifications.Allocate resources, streamline workflows, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard.Mentor junior staff, fostering their professional growth and development.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive repeat business.Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.Ensure compliance with safety practices and Australian standards.About You To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
A minimum of 15 years of civil design experience, including 5 years of local expertise.Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of driving business growth.A Civil Engineering degree (CPEng/NER accreditation preferred).Proficiency in 12D, DRAINS, MUSIC, and AutoCAD.Proven experience managing urban development projects and delivering to deadlines.A thorough understanding of Australian Standards and Council design requirements.Exceptional communication skills, including report writing.A proactive attitude and a passion for innovation.Ready to Lead the Way?
