The role We're looking for a Senior Associate to join our market-leading, Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners ranked Corporate Practice. You will have the opportunity to work across the Sydney corporate partnership, collaborating closely with Gaynor Tracey, who heads up the Sydney practice, as part of a high-performing and supportive team.

With work in both the domestic and international markets, you will advise corporations, private equity sponsors, founders, and management in all forms of corporate activity across a wide range of industries.
