The Role
Our Private Enterprise team works with entrepreneurs, family businesses and privately-owned businesses of all sizes to help them to protect and enhance their commercial strength. In this role you will work with the Partners on a broad range of matters, including:
Mergers and acquisitions Business salesStructuring and restructuringCommercial agreement drafting and negotiationBusiness successionShareholder's agreementsFamily-owned business matters, including family business governance, estate planning, succession planning, structuring, intergenerational transfers and family trusts and constitutions 18th March, 2024 About HopgoodGanim Lawyers

The Successful Candidate
Our team is looking for someone who has a passion and enthusiasm for working within a team, but also autonomously to provide exceptional outcomes for our clients. Candidates with experience in firms specialising in business advisory will be highly regarded.
