Job Description Core duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
Providing business law, corporate and commercial law, business succession and employment law. Drafting and negotiating various legal documents including contracts and agreements.Conducting legal research and drafting advices to develop effective legal strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.Mentor and assist in the development of junior Solicitors and Associates in the team. The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will have:
