The Team
Our insurance & health team is headed up by 31 well respected principals across six states. The department is recognised throughout the insurance claims industry for producing high quality advice and delivering exceptional service.
The team handles claims across all major classes of insurance and acts for the biggest names in the insurance industry both locally and overseas. The principal that heads up the team for this particular role is Toby Barrie and the successful candidate will work closely with Jason Hart (Special Counsel).
The Role
An opportunity has arisen in our Perth office for an experienced litigator to join our tight knit team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate can expect to be involved in a range of litigious and contentious matters arising from professional indemnity, directors & officers and management liability lines of insurance as well as regulatory investigations and prosecutions and commercial disputes. You will work with a diverse range of domestic and international clients.
