About the opportunity Operating in the capacity of project manager and design lead for local projects, you'll be working with designers, civil engineers, construction administrators and project managers to bring to life complex land developments, master planned communities and infrastructure projects.
This role will see you:
Being the primary point of contact for the client through the lifecycle of the project, ensuring complex challenges and problems are managed.Taking overall responsibility for design delivery including resource management of designers and coordination of other disciplines, both internal and external.Preparing tender and contract documentation.Collaborating in the design approval process.Managing invoicing, planning, tracking project health and mitigating potential issues.The opportunity to contribute to projects in other geographies.About you You are a Chartered Civil Engineer (or ability to get Chartered), highly regarded for your technical expertise, with a proven track record successfully delivering land development and infrastructure projects.
