On a day to day basis you will be: working on sophisticated transactions involving complex legal issues; reviewing and drafting finance documents including loan facilities, security trust deeds and personal property security documents; providing intelligent outcomes to clients on the full project lifecycle including project and contract structuring, compliance, planning, commercial negotiation strategy and operational matters; supporting the development and training of junior lawyers in the practice group; and participating in client attraction, retention and practice development. About You To be successful for this role, you will ideally: have 4-8 years experience in a banking and finance, or project finance team; demonstrate excellent technical and analytical skills; demonstrate a strong interest in projects or banking & finance; be able to identify and communicate commercial and legal risks; have excellent verbal and written communication skills; be self motivated; and have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
