We are looking for a Senior Associate to work closely with Luke McShane.
Luke is an experienced banking and finance lawyer, with a particular focus on the project financing of mining, resources and infrastructure projects within Australia and overseas.
You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of non-bank lenders investing in the real estate sector including residual stock loans, first mortgage finance, secured mezzanine finance and preferred equity investments.
The team works with a variety of non-bank lenders including boutique fund managers, dedicated property development funders, multi-family investment houses and private lender syndicates.
We're looking for someone: with 5+ years' experience with Banking & Finance experience with a genuine passion for problem solving and thinking outside the box that is keen to be involved in mentoring junior members of staff wanting a fantastic team culture with an entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set The firm Hamilton Locke is an exciting, rapidly growing corporate law firm with a strong and rapidly growing client base.
