Senior Associate/ Associate Competition/Regulatory Role, Sydney

Nicholas Scott is working with one of Australia's top tier firms who are looking for Senior Associates (or Associates with great experience) who specialise in competition and/or regulatory work.
This includes having experience across merger clearance, complex regulatory advice, cartels, competition litigation, access regulation and competition and consumer advice.
The team handles major merger filings and competition investigations for multinational clients and a growing number of domestic businesses and Australian subsidiaries.
They are heavily involved in many of the ACCC's high-profile Big Tech investigations, acting for major clients, and also regularly work with major US-based buyout funds on merger clearances for business-critical acquisitions.
