Senior Associate Adviser/Junior Financial Adviser

Our client is a well established boutique firm located in Brisbane CBD. They provide comprehensive financial advice to a client base of predominantly HNW individuals and families. The team strives to go above and beyond for their clients.

Due to growth, there is an opportunity for a senior associate adviser or junior financial adviser to join the team. This opportunity is perfect for someone who has completed their studies and Professional Year, and is looking to begin their career in advice.

Manage clients and client meetings
Develop a client base and move into a standalone adviser role
Tasks and Responsibilities: Manage a book of clients alongside the director
Attend client meetings with director
Develop strategy recommendations
Handle the day to day client management
Liaise with internal paraplanning and admin support
Assist with projections/plan writing when needed
Develop your client management skills and progress to generating new client leads and managing clients yourself
About you: Experience as an associate/provisional adviser, up to financial advisers with a couple of years as an authorised rep
Completed FASEA required studies and Professional Year (if required) - ready to be authorised
Experience attending client meetings
Strong knowledge of financial planning practices and regulations
Good technical ability
Paraplanning experience
Exposure to holistic financial advice
Excellent communication skills
Salary is flexible depending on experience, circa $85,000 to $100,000 + Super.
