About the role.
Our Melbourne office is growing, and we're seeking a talented Senior Associate with expertise in the water sector to join our dynamic team.
As a Senior Associate in the Water Sector, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of critical water infrastructure projects.
Collaborating with clients and stakeholders, you will provide expert advisory services and deliver tailored solutions to meet the challenges of water resource management, supply, and infrastructure delivery.
Key responsibilities include:Leading water infrastructure advisory projects from planning through to delivery.Providing expert advice on water resource management, treatment, and distribution systems.Developing business cases, feasibility studies, and strategic plans for water sector projects.Building and managing strong relationships with clients, government bodies, and other stakeholders.Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities to expand our service offerings.Mentoring and guiding team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.Ensuring project outcomes align with client goals, timelines, and budgets.About you.Extensive experience in the water sector, including project delivery, resource management, or advisory roles.Proven ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects in the water infrastructure domain.Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, policies, and industry standards in Australia.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of building lasting relationships.Business development acumen, with experience in securing and managing client engagements.Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, environmental science, or a related field.10+ years of experience in the water sector, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.Why choose TSA Riley?
