Help us as we become a recognised partner for a sustainable future while enabling our clients and their customers achieve their energy transition objectives.With over 400 dedicated team members operating out of locations across Australia and New Zealand, Verbrec is an ASX listed company (ASX: VBC) providing industry leading engineering, operations and training services across the entire asset lifecycle, with a significant focus on growth into new and existing industries.Due to growth in our workload, we are looking for a Senior Asset Management Engineer with a Mechanical / Reliability background to join our experienced team in Brisbane.Key responsibilities of this position include:Provide asset management technical services and expertise at a senior levelManage, lead and contribute to the successful delivery of projectsProvide guidance and mentoring to junior engineersEnsure a high level of quality in developing and reviewing deliverablesContribute towards proposals and tendersQualifications & ExperienceDegree qualified in Engineering or equivalent experience5-10 years' experience in oil and gas, mining, power generation or other heavy industryExperience working for both asset owner and consultancy is considered idealCPEng status or ability to obtain (preferred)Skills & AttributesStrong understanding of Asset Management and its applicationFamiliarity with Asset Management Plans (AMPs)Experience with Asset hierarchy, FMECA, Asset Criticality, Spares Analysis, Maintenance Strategy and Work Instruction developmentUnderstanding of maintenance engineering practicesExperience with CMMS (i.e.
Maximo, SAP or Oracle)Highly proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsExperience delivering projects / scopes of workStrong written and verbal communication skillsConfident in presenting to both internal and external stakeholdersIf you are a Mechanical Engineer with a passion for delivering engineering excellence and want to work in a collaborative team environment with varied clients and projects, apply today.
