Due to growth in our workload, we are looking for a Senior Asset Management Engineer with a Mechanical / Reliability background to join our experienced team in Brisbane.
This role would suit a person with experience in oil and gas, mining, power generation or other heavy industries as a mechanical / operations / reliability engineer with a strong understanding of asset management.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proven capability to deliver asset management scopes of work both individually and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities Provide asset management technical services and expertise at a senior level Manage, lead and contribute to the successful delivery of projects Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers Ensure a high level of quality in developing and reviewing deliverables Contribute towards proposals and tenders Qualifications & Experience Degree qualified in Engineering or equivalent experience 5-10 years' experience in oil and gas, mining, power generation or other heavy industry Experience working for both asset owner and consultancy is considered ideal Australian working rights CPEng status or ability to obtain (preferred) Skills & Attributes Strong understanding of Asset Management and its application Familiarity with Asset Management Plans (AMPs) Experience with Asset hierarchy, FMECA, Asset Criticality, Spares Analysis, Maintenance Strategy and Work Instruction development Understanding of maintenance engineering practices Experience with CMMS (i.e.
