We are problem solvers As a Senior Asset Integrity Engineer, you will provide crucial Asset Integrity & Maintenance advice to clients from both strategic and front-line perspectives. You will be an integral part of a high performing team of integrity and maintenance professionals executing jobs of varying sizes and complexity. To ensure your success, you will be mentored by professionals with a wealth of experience with many asset types including pressure vessels, pipelines, piping, rotating equipment and process machinery.
The type of assignments may include:
Risk Based Inspection AssessmentsAnomaly Assessments and AnalysisDefect Assessment, Fitness for Service Calculations and ModellingFailure InvestigationsDeveloping maintenance and asset integrity programmes and plansAsset Integrity Management Systems benchmarking and auditsWe are Agile This allows us to be light on our feet and progressive as we don't get bogged down in bureaucracy. We get that the 9-5 isn't for everyone, and we're open to hear what works for you.
This role would suit a person with a background in hydrocarbons or chemicals environments. The person will require excellent communication skills and proven capability to perform under pressure, individually and as part of a team.
Key Skills & Experience: A degree in Mechanical, Material or Corrosion EngineeringBetween 5- and 10-years work experience preferably within an integrity function in a hydrocarbons or chemical environmentFamiliar with CMMS interface such as SAP and workflowUnderstanding of local and international standards covering the management of pressure equipmentAn understanding of computerised integrity management software / databasesExposure to risk management and process safety conceptsUnderstanding and capable of performing FFS and RBI assessment.Review inspection reports and provide repair recommendation if required.
