The main focus of this role is to provide financial-oriented administrative support to the Asset team.As an Asset Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks. These tasks may include handling general correspondence and inquiries, ensuring accuracy and completeness in contractor invoices, managing contract administration, and coordinating various aspects of property management. There is also the opportunity depending on the candidate for additional responsibilities such as quality assurance, reporting, and data analysis.Who we are looking for:This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
