Senior Artist – Generalist – Aaa Blockbuster Game!

My client is seeking a Senior Generalist to develop our next AAA Open World game. You will be working with a small but experienced team, ideally taking responsibility for a broad area of art disciplines, but also be capable of stepping outside your comfort zone to work in other areas as necessary.
Relocation required and support provided! In addition to producing a variety of quality assets, as a Senior Generalist, you will help guide and support less experienced team members, as well as provide input on the technical direction of the game and asset pipeline.
Required Skills and Experience 5+ years in digital art development 2+ years in the video games industry or a relevant related field Ability to clearly communicate ideas and document your work High proficiency in Core DCC software Deep understanding of four or more of the following game Technology areas: Artificial Intelligence, Animation, Optimisation, Surfacing and Texturing, Traditional Shading and PBR, Traditional Art Skills, Visual Composition, Cinematic Development, Photography, Visual FX, Technical Asset formats, Rigging, Scripting, Asset Pipelines, Material Development, Physics/Collision, UI/UX, 3D Math, Mobile Development, Virtual Reality.
