Senior Architect with pathway to Associate The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and experienced individual to join DesignInc WA as a Senior Architect .
Candidates with suitable experience who can demonstrate experience, capability, and commitment will be considered for the role of Associate.
Those candidates with successful client relationships in the nominated sectors will be highly regarded.
You will have at least 8 years' experience (within the Transport (rail and Aviation), Education, Defence sectors) with a strong understanding of construction documentation.
You must be proficient in Revit and be well organised and reliable with exceptionally high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural projects with a focus on Transport, Education, and Defence sectors.
Develop and manage construction documentation with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
A formal qualification/degree in Architecture.
A minimum of 8 years of industry experience, particularly in the Transport, Education, or Defence sectors.
Proficiency in Revit and a strong understanding of construction documentation.
Excellent design and technical skills, with proven experience in producing high-quality documentation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
An exceptional eye for detail and design resolution.
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for architectural design.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proven ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
