We are a private developer undertaking a range of projects, from large-scale industrial precinct developments to mixed-use residential and commercial projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team to lead the architectural aspects of this and future transformative projects.
The Role
Exciting role for a Senior Architect to lead the architectural design of large-scale industrial precincts and mixed-use developments. Be instrumental in transforming industrial architecture through innovative design, sustainable practices, and strategic planning. This role requires someone with a passion for sustainable design, extensive experience with large industrial projects, and an excellent understanding of the planning processes. Your work will directly contribute to developing innovative and sustainable facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design development and architectural planning of industrial precincts. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, environmental consultants, and project managers, to integrate architectural elements into a cohesive project. Prepare and review detailed design documentation, ensuring compliance with NSW planning laws. Oversee technical studies and work alongside environmental experts. Participate in stakeholder engagement, ensuring community and regulatory feedback is incorporated into design iterations. Deliver innovative, sustainable design solutions for industrial-scale facilities, aligning with project goals of environmental responsibility and energy efficiency. Skills & Experience
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Architecture. Minimum five years' experience, with a focus on large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of sustainability principles in industrial design, including renewable energy integration and environmental mitigation strategies. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team. Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). Why Join Us?
