Job Title: Senior ArchitectInhaus Design is looking for a Senior Architect to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing business. As a senior member of our practice, you will be working closely with our vertically integrated architecture, construction, and development team.
Responsibilities: Managing documentation through to construction stage.Managing office and site-based staff.Overall project document coordination.Conducting shop drawing reviews.Preparing RFI responses.Dealing with general contract administration.Leading design & construction meetings.Qualifications: 10+ years of commercial site and office-based experience.Strong attention to detail.Clear verbal and written communication skills.Proven track record of managing a team.Strong Revit skills are essential.Knowledge in Navisworks, Procore, and BIM Management is also expected.Salary is dependent on experience.
