Senior Architect

Well regarded Design studio with a national and international studio and project network is seeking a Senior Project Architect for their Sydney office.
This role involves a combination of office work in North Sydney and site visits.
The individual will be overseeing an aged care development and masterplan site.

Responsibilities: Managing the delivery of projects.Overseeing documentation teams producing the technical drawings.Coordinating sub consultants and visiting sites.Maintaining key relationships with clients, consultants, and construction teams to ensure project success. Qualifications: Experienced NSW Registered Architect with a technical skillset.Experience in delivery of projects, reviewing drawings, and managing contractors.Registered Architect with DB+P registration and site delivery experience on $50-150ML projects.Site experience and liaising with construction teams is required.Revit expertise is highly advantageous. We are looking for professionals who are clear communicators, possess excellent technical and construction knowledge, and have experience in team management.
