This is a great opportunity for a Senior Architect to join a respected local studio and lead on a diverse range of interesting and complex projects. Our client is an outstanding design studio who design across several sectors. Using your skills and knowledge you'll lead on projects from concept to construction, and deliver awesome projects. You'll collaborate with some of the best Architects in the industry, whilst having fun and being given the opportunity to contribute and give back to the community.
Your duties as Senior Architect will include but are not limited to: Work on projects collaborating with the team - concepts, design, DA and CC documentation, coordinating, construction and delivery.Oversee and QA construction documentation (REVIT).Review, analyse and make recommendations regarding designs, plans and specifications.Collaborate with various stakeholders.Attend project meetings and provide input on technical and design issues.Assist with developing client relationships.Work with other skilled team members to coordinate and deliver on projects.Help mentor juniors in the team.The successful applicant will be quality output focussed, have excellent attention to detail, be highly organised, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additionally, to be considered for this role you must have: Tertiary qualification in ArchitectureAustralian RegistrationProficient understanding of REVITMin. 6 years of local post grad Australian experienceRelevant experience working on various projects in AustraliaFamiliar with Australian Standards & CodesEnjoy problem solving and formulating solutionsAustralian or NZ Citizen, or PR - ESSENTIALPerks
