Senior Architect

Job Summary

- Develop and run the education sector with existing clients.

Work hand in hand with directors to grow the education portfolio. Develop / mentor current/future staff. Have a say in the direction of travel across all education projects.

The Role

Acquired Master's or Degree in Architecture 6+ years full-time as a Registered Architect (or Project Leader) with local on-site practice experience Proficiency in Revit is preferred Design-focused Architect (a must) Excellent experience in construction documentation and detailing Must have preexisting relations within the education sector to pull upon and help grow the area (BD) Able to liaise with relevant Consultants, Council and Authorities to achieve the desired results Prepare and implement construction documentation (external help is available) Mentoring of staff (take them along the journey) Excellent communication skills Approachable and Driven Recruitment of team
