Their responsibilities include:Conducting thorough research, meticulous planning, innovative design, precise documentation, and proficient administration of building contracts for clients, consistently upholding the highest standards.Overseeing projects from inception to completion, while actively expanding our presence within the industry.Demonstrating curiosity and boldness in understanding each client's needs, and collaboratively crafting project-specific conceptual narratives.Providing mentorship to a diverse and inclusive internal team, supported by the Studio Leader.Upholding a design-centric approach with unwavering dedication and attention to detail, ensuring seamless execution from conception to realization on site.To be successful in this role, you should have the below skills set:8-10 years' experience working in the Architecture FieldHold a Masters Degree in ArchitectureDemonstrating proficiency in independently collaborating with clients and consultants.Possessing advanced Revit skills, including proficiency in 3D presentation software like Enscape, and efficiently detailing and documenting designs.Showcasing your capability to nurture the professional growth of less experienced staff.Exhibiting excellent verbal and graphic communication skills.Desirable skills include proficiency in Rhino, SketchUp, and the Adobe Suite.Having knowledge of procurement, construction, detailing, and building services.At Hames Sharley, we place significant emphasis on fostering a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal wellbeing.
