Senior Architect - Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisenfor a highly capable project architect to join a thriving practice working across apartment projects (and other sectors). Experience on Class 2 projects is a must. You will have ledteams through all stages but ideally have strengthin design stages. Your experience should include mid to large scale projects across a variety of residential projects.
Key responsibilities Work within an established team Set design direction on key projects and work closely with clients Lead small teams on apartment projects Contribute to the wider practice Lead juniorsSkills and experience Strong experience gained locally on multi residential projects including early stages Completed qualifications within Architecture Strong clientand communication skills Revit skills gained from professional practice Local Australian standard BCA and ADG knowledge and experience Registration and Design Practitioner experience strongly preferredBenefits and culture Good workingconditions and hours Friendly team Career progression opportunities
