About the Role
You'll be part of a significant program of water infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the Approvals Team Leader; you'll join a team to spearhead the execution of high-level environmental advice crucial to the success of various dam improvement projects.

Your role will involve: Leading environmental assessments Managing and attaining challenging environmental approvals for various water infrastructure projects and programs Approvals coordination Negotiations with internal/external stakeholders including landowners, local and state governments Strategic development of environmental approvals High-level negotiations with government bodies Skills | Experience | Qualifications Essential Criteria: Hold tertiary qualifications in Environmental Management, Engineering, Planning, Science, or any other related fields Have a strong understanding of environmental regulations Have strong experience in strategic oversight and experience with challenging approvals Advantageous Skills & Experience: Experience and understanding of environmental aspects of dam planning, investigation and construction activities and relevant environmental considerations CPM Life & Benefits Paid professional memberships fees Professional Development planning Health and Wellness programs including access to an Employee Assistance Program Flexible / Hybrid work arrangements Head office located at Ipswich + a Brisbane CBD Clubhouse Modern end of trip facilities (Clubhouse) Real career opportunities We even own a brewery and offer staff discounts and free team lunches fortnightly!
