You prefer to work collaboratively in cross disciplinary teams to achieve complex objectives.Science - Contribute to the organisation's research goals by leading and conducting research into approaches for identifying information/influence campaigns, forecasting the reach and impact of such campaigns, understanding effects in the human/social context, and exploring ways of countering influence campaigns. Specify and apply techniques in areas such as social network modelling and analysis, social media modelling and analysis, and information campaign analysis. Participate in the design, execution, analysis and reporting of concept and user evaluations.Leadership - Lead research initiatives and provide motivation and inspiration to other staff members. Lead and participate in team meetings and activities and work reviews to deliver overall benefit to team goals. Lead and collaborate in reviews of work with others. Participate in reviews of, and identify and report issues and risks associated with, own work as appropriate.Engagement - Establish strategic and working relationships within the company and with external organisations. Set up and foster research collaboration initiatives, including proposals for external funding, across research institutions and across disciplines.
