Senior Stylist positions (Full time and Freelance Positions)
As a Senior Hairdresser, you will be an expert in colouring, cutting, and styling, ensuring your work aligns with the EdwardsAndCo brand.
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver an outstanding client experience by identifying needs and providing tailored recommendations. Create and execute innovative haircuts and colours using various techniques. Style hair through blow drying, curling, and up-dos, and consult on hair extensions. Leverage your product and technical expertise to advise clients on purchases. Build strong client relationships to encourage rebooking. Showcase your work on Instagram to enhance both your personal brand and ours. Mentor and support emerging stylists. Participate in EdwardsAndCo education initiatives as needed. Collaborate with the Salon Operations Manager to enhance the salon's profile and implement growth strategies.
