About the Role

Are you looking to join a high performing and well-reputed team? Our Sydney Deal Advisory team is expanding rapidly as a result of growth and we are looking for a Senior Analyst to join us.

As a Senior Analyst in our Transaction Services team, you will:

Assist the team to successfully deliver Transaction Services engagements

Perform detailed financial analysis (i.e. financial due diligence and forecast reviews)

Prepare reports/presentations for senior management and boards

Identify negotiation factors for purchase price and deal structuring

Assist with business development and pursuit activities as well as cultivating long-term client relationships

Develop and manage divisional strategic tasks.

About You

Aside from your growth-mindset, passion for corporate finance and well-developed communication skills, you'll also need the following to succeed:

Relevant work experience in Transaction Services from another leading accounting or advisory firm or investment bank.

Sound report writing, research, modelling, and financial analytical skills.

Undertaking CA and/or CFA qualifications or similar.

Degree with an outstanding academic record from a leading university or business school in fields such as Accounting, Management, Commerce, Business, or Finance.
