Together, we will find the better way.12-month secondment opportunity.Location: Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.The opportunity to join our team: As a Senior Analyst, Systems and Reporting Insights, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complaints reporting and insights across Insignia Financial, while ensuring the efficient operation and governance of the complaint management systems.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver regular and adhoc complaints reporting to senior management, committees, and regulators.Gather business requirements to create technical dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.Analyse data to identify trends and emerging risks, providing insights to drive product, process, or service improvements and support informed decision-making.Ensure complaints reporting meets regulatory requirements and deadlines while managing delivery expectations.Monitor complaint system performance, lead improvement initiatives, and manage system changes, including testing, deployment, and training.What you will bring: Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build relationships at all levels.Strong time management skills and excellent communication, with the ability to present data insights and recommendations effectively.Demonstrated experience in data analytics, with expertise in interpreting complex data sets.Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, formulas, dynamic functions, data visualization) and experience with SQL and visualization tools like Tableau.Experience in process improvement, change management, and familiarity with complaints management and Insignia's products and services (preferred).Make your move.
