Senior Analyst, Student Engagement ApplicationsWho are we looking for?We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Student Engagement Applications to join Student Engagement, Student Services and Wellbeing, Administrative Division.The Student Services and Wellbeing portfolio leads the university-wide strategy and coordination of all non-academic matters related to the student experience. The portfolio delivers a range of services across the student life cycle, as well as providing advice and leadership to the university on a broad range of student and staff matters, including social justice and public policy. The portfolio aspires to be a collaborative, distinctive and innovative department that makes a real and positive difference to students, from pre-tertiary to graduation and beyond. We are an ambitious and collaborative institution that seeks to equip our students and graduates with the skills they will need in an increasingly disrupted and challenged world.What you need to succeedEducation, training and or experience equivalent to a postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications with extensive relevant experience in application or systems management in higher education.Demonstrated experience in the successful management of a digital service, including the design, development, implementation and evaluation of new and improved work processes and practices.Demonstrated experience in the implementation of a digital system in a large organisation and a proven record of delivering effective outcomes.Proven ability to successfully manage and achieve service deliverables and maintain productive partnerships with diverse stakeholder groups.Demonstrated ability to identify technical and process improvements related to system implementation and to guide these through the consultation and approval process.How to ApplyDiscover the possibilities that await with a career at QUT.
