Senior Analyst, Strategy and Performance $111,152 to $125,191pa (HEW 8) Ongoing, Full time, Joondalup Campus Open to candidates with relevant work rights STRATEGIC AND GOVERNANCE SERVICES CENTRE JOONDALUP CAMPUS $111,152 to $125,191 pa PLUS 17% SUPERANNUATION (HEW 8)  ONGOING, FULL-TIME Overview ECU is seeking an experienced and highly motivated senior analyst and strategic planner with a background in the Australian higher education sector, to provide advice that supports strategic decision-making at the University. You will be part of a team providing high-quality briefings and position papers for consideration by the Senior Leadership Team, Council and other committees. You will develop statutory reports to government agencies and other external bodies and develop submissions responding to government consultations. You will also support ECU's strategic planning, operational planning, and performance reporting processes. To succeed in this role, you must have the following competencies: Significant experience in planning and strategy development in an Australian university.  A thorough understanding of the higher education policy environment and national and international drivers impacting universities.  Outstanding writing skills and the ability to communicate to a range of stakeholders. Excellent data analysis skills, with experience with large (non-financial) datasets. Benefits & Remuneration This full time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $111,152 to $125,191pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution. Note that a 3.5% pay increase will apply from July 2024.
