As a Senior Analyst Resource Planning, you will be responsible for evaluating immediate and future resourcing requirements to effect optimal resource planning for Cabin Crew and Tech Crew to meet the needs of the Company's flight schedules, promotional training requirements, and leave management. You will analyse historical trends and future demands to deliver an optimal manpower solution, and develop and implement cost reduction and productivity initiatives through resource utilisation, to support the Group's flying programs. You will also require a strong level of stakeholder engagement whilst providing high-level analytical reports and demands.
You'll have: Strong communication with the ability to advise and consult stakeholders of all levels to support the businessProven experience in presenting in both written and verbal formats – PowerPoint proficiency is essentialAdvanced analytical skills to source and interpret complex data – advanced Excel modelling skills will be requiredStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage a volume of ever-changing deadlines and be able to meet strict deadlinesAbility to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholdersCuriosity and ability to quickly learn new tools and develop modelling techniquesTertiary qualifications in a logical and/or analytical discipline such as business, finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, or aviationWhy Qantas?
