Senior Analyst | Project Management OfficerWe're looking for a Senior Analyst - Project Management Officer to join our Risk Change and Data Central Team. Our team is responsible for all operational aspects of Change and Data Delivery work for the Risk Management Group, including governance, financial management, and reporting of all Change and Data work.

What role will you play?Within this role, you will collaborate with our Risk Change and Data stakeholders such as Project Managers, Operating groups, Business managers, and our Business Operational Risk Management team to obtain and facilitate reporting requirements. You will also support any ad hoc requests for information on Change and Data activities, in addition to working closely with the Change and Data Central team to identify insights and support effective management of Change and Data resources and outcomes.
What you offerExperience working on large and/or complex transformation programs.Capability in supporting the development, operationalisation, and ongoing refinement of PMO processes, standards, methods, and tools.Desire for continuous improvement and capability maturity across the PMO and program.Analytical skills to help identify anomalies, trends, and potential risks and issues.Capability in leveraging tools such as Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, and Microsoft Project.Strong interpersonal skills, a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, with strong written and verbal communication skills.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
