They have a new opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join their Product and Analytics team to provide trusted information, analysis, actionable insights, and advice to internal customers and business partners.
About the Role
Reporting into a passionate Exec Manager and working with multiple stakeholders across the business, you will be responsible for the delivery of analytics to optimise the overall performance of the bank's product portfolios and provide trusted information, analysis, actionable insights, and advice to internal customers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities Effective application of a wide range of data, insights, analytics, and modelling solutions to provide meaningful and actionable insights to multiple stakeholders across the team.Embedding data governance into core operating processes to ensure high data quality, enabling accurate data-driven decision-making.Analyse and translate complex information into a form that can be used by the team and its customers for quick and quality decision making.Provide ad hoc analysis, data manipulation, and establish standardised data assets using SQL, Teradata, Python, and create dashboards in Tableau/PowerBI.Build effective relationships with stakeholders and relevant delivery teams for successful delivery of analytics projects.About You Tertiary education in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics disciplines will be highly regarded.4-5 years' experience in Data Analytics within financial services, banking, telecommunications, or FMCG, working across large data sets is a big plus!Minimum 4 years' experience in advanced SQL/Teradata and skills across Python/R (good to have) and advanced Excel.Experience in Statistical analysis and visualisation tools – Tableau/PowerBI.Ability to present analysis and technical information to a non-technical audience.Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes for business stakeholders.This is a great opportunity to work with a market-leading brand that offers excellent training and development to support continuous learning and career opportunities.
