Your new role as a Senior Analyst Pattern Planning & Rostering will see you responsible for the construction of Cabin Crew patterns and roster solutions that achieve the highest operational stability and lowest crew unit cost that adheres to EBA and industrial agreements as well as meeting the guidelines of our Fatigue Risk Management Program (FRMP). You will manage multiple stakeholders to provide insights and analysis as well as identifying process improvement opportunities. Responsibilities will include producing flying patterns (e.g., SYD:PER:CDG), producing compliant rosters, responding to crew queries regarding bidding, supporting business decisions, and ad hoc project work as required.
You'll have - Tertiary qualifications in Aviation, Business, Finance, Logistics or equivalent relevant experienceAdvanced skills in Excel - You will be required to complete an Excel-based competency test prior to your interviewStrong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skillsHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to implement logical checks to improve accuracy or identify process improvementsProven ability to work independently as well as in a teamHighly motivated and goal-driven while working calmly under pressureAbility to demonstrate flexibility in relation to operational needs and challenge existing work practices to make improvementsLateral thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to think commerciallyStrong organisation and time management skillsWe're expected to drive our own learning.
