The Opportunity This is a Business Partnering role that will see you working closely with C suite management, providing accurate and timely reporting, forecasting, and actionable insights to drive achievement of business targets.
Responsibilities include and not limited to:
Responsible for end-to-end accounting, reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting of corporate costs (Opex and Capex)Analyse and interpret results to provide quality insight to senior stakeholdersBuild and maintain strong working relationships with key internal customers/stakeholdersDriving improvement initiatives to simplify, streamline & document transactional tasksContribute to team success by working collaboratively with own team membersEmbed a culture of strong control and risk compliance ensuring adherence to Accounting Policies and internal controls.About You CA or CPA qualified.Experience in corporate / cost accounting, planning, and business partnering.Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and influence strong partnerships at all levels across the organization.A naturally curious & inquisitive individual with the desire to understand and effectively communicate the "WHY" behind the numbers.An autonomous self-starter who is solutions focused and demonstrates a high level of Commercial Awareness and personal accountability.The Stockland Proposition At Stockland we are a community delivering outcomes that benefit the community at large.
