The Senior Analyst, OTC Trade Reporting sits within the Investment Operations and Performance team and is critical to the strategic delivery of the Capital Markets Support function. The primary focus is on OTC Derivatives Trade Reporting and Australian Retirement Trusts' delivery of a leading Quality Assurance and Oversight program.
You will possess strong risk management, interpersonal skills and the ability to develop trusted relationships with system vendors and delegated reporting entities. You will also look to build upon current processes and frameworks to deliver a market leading quality assurance program to Derivatives Transaction reporting.
Day to day, you'll: Run the daily OTC Trade reporting to ASIC, responsible for the reconciliation of collateral, valuations, primary economic terms and regulatory reporting reconciliations, using multiple industry platforms.Onboard a new Trade reporting platform into Australian Retirement Trust - (KOR Financial).Operationalise reconciliations and train team members.Investigate root cause and action exceptions as per the relevant escalation procedures.Regular UAT testing of new reconciliations & improvements.Assist with the regulatory compliance reporting associated with the ASIC Rules.Initiate and drive efficiency initiatives within the Capital Markets Operations team and broader Investment business.This role is a permanent opportunity.
