We ensure diversity is celebrated for the opportunity it provides us all to learn and grow, and deliver better outcomes for members.Your New Role:The Senior Analyst, Obligations Management reports to the Manager, Obligations Management, which is a key team in the Compliance and Operational Risk Team in Fund Services, and interfaces with colleagues within Compliance and Risk and stakeholders across the Fund.Key duties include but are not limited to:Undertake triage of new or updated obligations from a range of information sources including but not limited to LexisNexis regulatory alert service and updates from law firms to determine:Applicability and impact to AustralianSuper;Relevant impacted business areas;Ownership of obligations across business areas.Maintain the Obligations Library held on the Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) System.Monitor and report on the progress of regulatory change and obligation management processes across the Fund.Work closely with 1st and 2nd Line colleagues to ensure that obligations are assigned in a timely manner, have appropriate controls, and are assessed periodically.Produce relevant reporting and commentary from a range of regulatory change information sources on trends and insights regarding regulatory change and obligations management.Manage the relationship with LexisNexis to improve the quality and usefulness of regulatory compliance content.What You'll Need:Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Law or Industry related field.3-5 years' experience in a related role.Knowledge of the superannuation industry and relevant obligations.Sound understanding of governance, risk and compliance management practices.Strong communication skills and ability to engage and influence a range of stakeholders.Strong ability to write with effect, particularly in relation to creating reports and providing insights.Strong attention to detail including excellent analytical and investigative skills.Experience in providing ongoing support and training where required.Strong stakeholder engagement skills that reflect a professional, collegiate and engaging approach.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage the range of tasks required of this role.Life at AustralianSuper:AustralianSuper is committed to colleague development, and we support our people with ongoing learning, coaching and training, as well as career opportunities across our expanding global organisation.
