Reporting to the Senior Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions, this role supports the execution and analysis of M&A transactions and potential M&A and divestiture opportunities.
Analyse M&A prospects through gathering information about growth, competitors, and market share possibilities.Financial modelling for M&A and corporate finance projects.Assist in preparing professional standard presentations relating to transactions or other corporate finance initiatives.Support the execution of selected M&A and Corporate Finance projects (e.g., data room administration, etc.
).Assist with other M&A and Corporate Finance tasks.About you: With experience within corporate finance gained at an investment bank or chartered accounting firm, you will have good knowledge of M&A and the ability to apply your skills creatively to diverse M&A projects.
This position would be ideal for an experienced analyst to make the move into a senior role or a current senior analyst looking to broaden their exposure in the world of wine.
