Senior Analyst

Our client who is a leader in the property industry is looking for a senior analyst to join their dynamic team working on direct assets with institutional clients.The Senior Analyst will be working alongside the head of APAC and will be responsible for providing financial, market, and asset analysis for their real estate investment fund. This role supports the acquisition, management, and disposition of properties, helping to optimize the portfolio's performance and achieve investment objectives. The analyst will work closely with senior fund managers, asset managers, and other stakeholders to support decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Property & Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research and property analysis to evaluate the performance of potential investments. Assess property values, rent levels, market trends, and other key factors.Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to forecast returns, assess risk, and evaluate the financial feasibility of potential acquisitions or disposals.Due Diligence: Assist in due diligence processes for acquisitions, including gathering market data, property information, and financial documentation.
