New foundational role in growing team!
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role in building our analytical capabilities to support strategic business decisions across RAA. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our strategic decision-making processes through expert analysis in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), financial modelling, and investment opportunities.
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modelling, to support M&A activities, investment strategies, and corporate development initiatives.
Assist in project planning, feasibility studies, and buy versus build analysis to guide future business investments and expansions.
Monitor and analyse portfolio performance, conducting benchmarking exercises to identify areas for optimisation and growth.
Collaborate closely with business units to provide analytical support and insights on mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
Contribute to the development of corporate strategies and business plans based on rigorous financial analysis and market research.
Support divestment activities through financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
About you:
You are an exceptional communicator, work well with stakeholders of all levels, execute to plan, and have a natural problem-solving mindset to create solutions that suit the needs of the business. You will also have:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in financial analysis, with a strong focus on financial modelling and M&A transactions.
Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other financial modelling tools.
Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence decision-making processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels.
